With over 16 years of experience in the pet industry, Rachel is a seasoned and passionate pet care professional. She began her career at just 18 years old in Uptown Dallas and has since worked across the DFW metroplex, earning a trusted reputation for her skill, compassion, and dedication to pets and their families.

Pet CPR certified and a lifelong animal lover, Rachel specializes in the unique needs of senior pets—offering gentle, thoughtful grooming—as well as introducing puppies to grooming with patience and care. She also loves expressing her creative side through safe, vibrant creative grooming, often practicing new styles on her beloved dog, Olive. Olive is a familiar face at the shop and a fan favorite among clients!
When she's not grooming, Rachel stays busy being a proud mom to her energetic 5-year-old daughter. Her mission is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and fabulous—because to Rachel, they’re more than clients, they’re family.

Darla comes from a 26-year career in the banking industry, where she built a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and care. Now, she’s channeling that same energy into helping pets and their people.
